Happy Thanksgiving! From our families to yours, we hope you have an amazing holiday break and that you take time to recharge.
And I’m grateful for our team! They work very hard behind the scenes to help me help you grow your business. Just in case you don’t know our team members, here are just a few of the tasks they manage for us:
Pat Price – Client Services Manager – she handles all help desk questions, formats our newsletter each week, edits documents, manages client records, helps our clients and members with access to our webinars, membership site and content, assists with events and outreach phone calls. (7+ years)
Jen Henrikson – Executive Assistant to Erin Weir – creates and updates web properties, manages Accounts Payable, creates and edits documents and presentations, prepares contracts, assists with event management, coordinates printing orders, and she’s our “save the day” girl! (2 years)
Hazel Bowman – Scheduling and Travel Genie – she keeps my schedule full, and coordinates meetings with our clients and partners, manages travel for our entire team and speakers, manages our “gifting” and recognition for clients, assists with events and outreach calls, and keeps me sane! (3 years)
Shawn Blair – Technology Manager – he manages our web real estate (our new DSU website will be launched soon), software resources, sets up email campaigns, and trouble-shoots our technology challenges. (5+ years)
Tiffany Humpert – my Executive Assistant – she is our VIP Concierge and whip cracker (she ensures we have all document submissions for our coaches’ preparation), presentation prep queen, travel manager (she goes on most trips with me), contracts, event coordination, document preparation, on and on…(1+year)
Yasmine Bijan Wilson – Director of Communications – she emcees our events and webinars, does client outreach to help our clients decide what programs best suit their situation and is our cheerleader! (3+ years)
Drue Lawlor – Director of Coaching – she’s the co-creator of the Strategic Business Transformation 12-Month Coaching Program, event and webinar speaker, article writer, and Gail Doby Certified Coach. (4+ years)
Nancy Dale – Gail Doby Certified Coach – event and webinar speaker and coach, COO of architectural firm, interior designer and Certified Project Manager. She helped to start and build a company that was valued at $100M. (2 years)
Kimberly Merlitti – CFO On Call – Kimberly does all of our financial analysis for our VIP members and clients who need coaching around cash flow management, accounting practices, software implementation, etc. She’s been a great help to our clients and team, and she brings her Italian-American humor and experience as a cop to whip your finances in shape.
Erin Weir – Vice President and Co-Founder of Design Success University and Gail Doby Coaching & Consulting – I can’t do justice to all that Erin does for the company in a brief synopsis – she manages our operations, and works with me to develop our short and long-term strategies and plans, and then creates the execution plan for the team. She’s also our Brand Experience Queen, logistics expert and event co-planner. She is our glue. (11+ years)
We’re taking a brief pause for the next few days to rest up for our final big event of the year – our first VIP Intensive in which we help you design your business for maximum profit and efficiency + we add our “secret sauce” which will more than help you recoup your investment. We help you design your financial model and three-year budget and 90-Day action plan. Our entire coaching team is involved in delivering the 2-Day VIP Intensive.
